Getting Started
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by signing in with Apple or by registering with your email and password. Simply tap the sign-in option on the app's welcome screen and follow the prompts.
Is onTrack free to use?
Yes. onTrack is 100% free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees — all features are available at no cost.
Do I need to connect Apple Health?
No, onTrack does not require Apple Health integration. All workout data is entered manually by you, giving you full control over your fitness tracking.
Workouts & Tracking
How do I create a custom workout?
Navigate to the Workouts section, tap the '+' button, and start building your workout. You can add exercises from our extensive library, set reps, sets, and weights, and save it for future use.
Can I share my workouts with friends?
Yes! You can share any workout program with friends directly from the app. They'll receive it instantly and can add it to their library.
How do I log a workout?
Select a workout from your library, tap 'Start Workout', and log your sets, reps, and weights as you complete each exercise. Your progress is automatically saved.
Can I track my progress over time?
Absolutely! onTrack automatically tracks your progress. View detailed statistics, charts, and personal records in the Progress section to see how you're improving.
Account & Privacy
How do I change my profile information?
Go to your profile settings, tap 'Edit Profile', and update your username, profile photo, or other information. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, tap Delete account, and select Yes to confirm. Your account and data will be permanently removed.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and encrypted storage. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes, under GDPR you have the right to request an export of your data. Contact us at contact@ontrckapp.com to request your data export.
Technical Support
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, please report the bug through our Contact page with details about what happened, your device model, and app version. We'll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check your device's notification settings for onTrack. Also, ensure notifications are enabled in the app's settings. If issues persist, contact our support team.
My data isn't syncing across devices
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the app. If problems continue, contact support.
