Getting Started
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. Simply tap the sign-in button on the app's welcome screen and follow the prompts.
Is onTrck free to use?
onTrck offers a free version with core features. Premium subscriptions are available for advanced features and analytics.
Do I need to connect Apple Health?
No, onTrck does not require Apple Health integration. All workout data is entered manually by you, giving you full control over your fitness tracking.
Workouts & Tracking
How do I create a custom workout?
Navigate to the Workouts section, tap the '+' button, and start building your workout. You can add exercises from our extensive library, set reps, sets, and weights, and save it for future use.
Can I share my workouts with friends?
Yes! You can share any workout program with friends directly from the app. They'll receive it instantly and can add it to their library.
How do I log a workout?
Select a workout from your library, tap 'Start Workout', and log your sets, reps, and weights as you complete each exercise. Your progress is automatically saved.
Can I track my progress over time?
Absolutely! onTrck automatically tracks your progress. View detailed statistics, charts, and personal records in the Progress section to see how you're improving.
Challenges & Social
How do challenges work?
You can join community challenges or create your own custom challenges. Invite friends to compete, track progress in real-time, and see who reaches their goals first on the leaderboard.
How do I add friends?
Search for friends by username in the Community section. Once you send a friend request and they accept, you can see their workouts and achievements.
Can I see my friends' workouts?
Yes! When friends share their workouts or achievements, they appear in your feed. You can comment, react, and get inspired by their progress.
Account & Privacy
How do I change my profile information?
Go to your profile settings, tap 'Edit Profile', and update your username, profile photo, or other information. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page or contact us at contact@ontrckapp.com. We'll guide you through the process and ensure all your data is permanently removed.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and encrypted storage. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes, under GDPR you have the right to request an export of your data. Contact us at contact@ontrckapp.com to request your data export.
Technical Support
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, please report the bug through our Contact page with details about what happened, your device model, and app version. We'll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check your device's notification settings for onTrck. Also, ensure notifications are enabled in the app's settings. If issues persist, contact our support team.
My data isn't syncing across devices
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the app. If problems continue, contact support.
